 For those who want a ready-to-use offering that requires no IT development, we offer Digivie in France and MyLMEP in Luxembourg.

Thanks to these tools, advisers can carry out a subscription, arbitration, redemption or payment in a 100% digital process with an electronic signature.

A tailor-made offer

 

Some partners have chosen to create their own digital pathway. To support them, we have developed a wide range of APIs.

These offer the advantage of being able to industrialise exchanges between the information systems of the insurer and the partner, in a secure and immediate way.

They make it easier and more reliable for our partners to use and integrate data, thanks to their ease of use. In this way, they help to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Our catalogue includes APIs for:

- Expose customer and contract data, which is currently transmitted via trust files. These can be used, for example, to populate partners‘ customer sites and advisers’ tools.

- Make all contractual documents available.

- Track the status of a transaction.

- Communicate with the transactional tools developed by our partners (subscription, partial and total surrender, arbitration, free and programmed payment). They allow the transfer of acts (data and documents) from partners to the insurer La Mondiale Partenaire.

To help our partners use these APIs, we support them from the catalogue presentation phase through to the use of our APIs. To do this, we work with them to select the APIs that meet their needs, setting up technical workshops, followed by a test phase before going live and post-production support.

We regularly enhance existing APIs and create new ones to meet the changing needs of our partners.

Today, many of our partners use our APIs, both in France and in Luxembourg. Some are internet ‘pure players’ who are particularly demanding when it comes to the quality of the digital services they receive. This is testament to both the breadth of our offering and the effectiveness of our support.
